Stephen McGuigan

Hi everyone.

 

Most of you probably know me, but for those who don't: my name is Lorraine, and on the 15th of June 2022, my beautiful son lost his brave battle with cancer.

 

As a family, we are utterly heartbroken.

 

Stephen was a gentle giant with a heart of gold. He adored his family and his friends, and he loved seeing the world; however, Stephen was a very private person and asked us to keep his funeral a very small service.

 

Stephen spent the last four weeks of his life in the care of the wonderful doctors and nurses at the Severn Hospice in Telford, who gave first-class care not only to Stephen, but to us his family as well. In order to support the Hospice, and in lieu of donations at the private service, we ask that those who wish to remember and celebrate Stephen do so by donating via this page to the Hospice, a service that is truly special and indispensable - and which relies heavily on charitable donations.

 

My family and I thank all of you for your kind thoughts and donations during this very difficult time.
