Stephen Leavitt

Stephen Leavitt’s wife is currently facing serious medical challenges. She has had numerous doctor appointments, and Stephen has been using his personal time off to accompany her. Initially, she was able to receive care near their home in New Hampshire, but as her condition worsened, she was referred to a specialist in Boston, Massachusetts.

Following her consultation in Boston, she was scheduled for surgery. Unfortunately, the procedure did not go as hoped, and complications from an infection extended her hospital stay. During this time, she was unable to work. After the surgery, a biopsy revealed devastating news: a cancer diagnosis. Stephen and his wife are now navigating the next steps in her treatment journey.

Stephen has been a valued member of TDS for several years, and his wife works in house cleaning. They are also parents to two young children. As her treatment progresses, she will be unable to maintain her current work schedule, which will significantly impact their household income. On top of that, the costs associated with surgery and her upcoming treatments will create a substantial amount of medical bills.
