Our Founders team is deeply saddened by the heartbreaking loss of Stephen Harbaugh, son of Tom and Sheri Harbaugh and Packaging Operator, who passed away unexpectedly.

While Stephen's career at Founders was short, the Harbaugh family has been a huge part of our story - Tom, Sheri, and all three of their kids (Spike, Kayla, and Stephen) have been valued team members over the years. They have always shown up with kindness and support for others, and now it’s our turn to show up for them.

We’ve started this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden of funeral expenses, time away from work, and the many unexpected costs that come with such a devastating loss. No parent should have to face these moments alone, and any contribution - big or small - will make a meaningful difference.
