It is with extremely heavy hearts that we share the news that our dad, Stephen Fox experienced a massive stroke on Sunday, February 5th. He is currently being treated in a hospital near his home in David, Panama. Unfortunately, he has yet to regain consciousness, and is slowly shutting down. Dad is a fighter but this time there has been too much trauma/damage to his brain. 
Stephen is an amazing man whose entire life has been devoted to conservation, helping those in need, and community activism. He is not only a father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend to many – he is also a man who embodies kindness and compassion.


The medical care that Stephen has required for his critical condition has been very expensive, and is not covered by insurance.  While we are trying to cover these costs as much as we can, we have exceeded our capacity to pay them all.  To ask for help is not an easy thing for us to do, yet we are reaching out to all of our family and friends and those whose life dad has touched throughout the world for assistance with these medical expenses.  We have set up a GoFundMe page to assist in raising any funds that we can.  Your support during this trying time is truly appreciated.
