On the 31st of October 2024 Stephen passed away at Royal North Shore Hospital. His wife Christine and family were by his side.

Stephen will be remembered as a devoted husband, loving father and wonderful friend.

This memorial fund will raise money in Stephen's name and be donated to a service involved in his care.
