Stephano the dachshund needs help

Stephano is in big trouble. He has not eaten in 4 days and constantly throwing up. We took him to the vet and he has been there for a day already. He was diagnosed being diabetic and having cushing and pancreatitis. All these things working against him has made him so nauseous that he can not eat. He is now stable but still not eating. First day's bill is over $2500. It is less money everyday that he is there but it is still a lot of money. Anything the you can give will be appreciated. I hate to ask but if you know me you know I would never ask unless it was really needed.

Stephano has been my constant side kick for 9 years now. He is constantly with me. He sleeps by my feet and always has to be close. 

It looks like he may be at the vet's for at least three days but may go longer. As soon as he starts to eat he can come home and have a good chance of recovery.

Update: Stephano is still at the hospital. He is stable now and perking up and acting like a puppy. The problem is he is not eating full meals and that is what needs to be done so they can figure out what his insulin intake should be. Every day he stays in the hospital it costs more money but we have no choice but to leave him there as the doctors are not comfortable releasing him unit he eats consistently full meals.
