Stephanie Robertson Medical Relief

Less than a month ago Stephanie received a  diagnosis of Endocervical cancer. She will now be spending the next 5 to 12 weeks in Vancouver on an aggressive radiation & chemotherapy treatment that is not available in Whitehorse. She will also be having major surgery with a long recovery period away from her home, family, and work.  

Stephanie has always been a very strong, loving, funny, helpful and caring person. She is a mother to Jacob, a partner to Peter, a daughter to Judy and Chris, and a nurse at Whitehorse General Hospital. She will have to be away from her family and work for an extended period time which will include Christmas. Stephanie has a very supportive and loving family, but even with all of this, it is going to be a long, uphill battle; but we are all confident that she will beat this!  We would like to reach out to everyone and ask to help Stephanie and her family have some relief through this difficult time and help us ensure that their Christmas is spent together and with a little less stress over the holidays.
