After increasingly lengthy stays in the hospital, Stephanie Pouliot returns home this Saturday to spend the rest of her life with her family in hospice care. Already, our family has been overwhelmed by offers to help. This outpouring is a proud reminder of Stephanie’s ability to love and be loved by those around her.

As we do not know how long Stephanie will remain in hospice care, nor the extent to which she may need additional care to support her comfort, we have set up this page to provide for any unexpected costs.
