We (Sarah, Olivia, Mihalis, Jenesta, Clay, and Bree) have come together to help the loved ones of our dear Steph as they navigate this tragic loss.

Like the effect she had on all of us, the beautiful outpouring of love and support for Steph has been immense. Instead of a sea of flowers, we wanted to offer her community a way to contribute something truly meaningful: the chance to give her family the gift of time. No one should have to rush their grief, so we’re starting this GoFundMe so that her close family members can focus on Steph, and not have to be concerned with the fact that the world keeps turning.

The cost of laying someone to rest (travel expenses, arrangements, time away from work, and other unexpected complications) is a burden that is often difficult to escape. Her family shouldn’t have to think of anything but Steph right now. Once these costs are covered, we will donate all remaining funds to the Jacob Puddister Foundation to honour Steph’s memory and continue her advocacy for those seeking help with their mental health.
