Help Stephanie Fight Triple Negative Breast Cancer

We need your help to give Stephanie the best chance to fight this cancer. She is currently undergoing an intense treatment plan for Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)—an aggressive form of breast cancer that requires immediate and extensive care. Her treatment plan currently includes chemotherapy, bilateral mastectomy, and breast reconstruction; there are significant out-of-pocket costs for procedures not fully covered by insurance.

To move forward with the next phases of her treatment—surgery and reconstruction—we are hoping to raise $20,000.

Stephanie’s fight began unexpectedly in August 2024, when she discovered a lump in her left breast during a self-check at home. What followed was a long, frustrating journey just to get a proper diagnosis.

Aug 24, 2024 – Found mass in left breast

Oct 22, 2024 – After months of searching for a doctor to see her, finally scheduled a mammogram

Oct 28, 2024 – Breast biopsy confirmed the first mass

Nov 1, 2024 – Diagnosis confirmed over the phone while at work at Vitality; Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)

Nov 14, 2024 – Consultation for Port-a-Cath placement

Nov 22, 2024 – Genetic testing confirmed no inherited risk factors

Nov 21, 2024 (Stephanie’s 36th Birthday) – Met with her oncologist to plan treatment

Nov 27, 2024 – Second mass discovered during MRI biopsy

Dec 4, 2024 – Surgery for Port-a-Cath placement

Dec 26, 2024 – First chemotherapy infusion and enrolled in the SCARLET trial (immunotherapy)

Stephanie’s treatment plan is intense and ongoing:

✅ 16 rounds of chemotherapy over 24 weeks (weekly for 12 weeks, then every three weeks for 12 weeks)

✅ 55 weeks of immunotherapy (every three weeks)

✅ Breast surgery (target date: June 2025) – currently working to gain insurance approval for a bilateral mastectomy

✅ Reconstruction surgery – awaiting insurance approval and scheduling

Stephanie is incredibly strong, but this journey is far from over. She is still facing major medical expenses for upcoming surgeries and treatments, and insurance will not cover everything.
