My mother was such an amazing person. Smart, funny, sarcastic, a great friend, and an even better mother. She is going to be missed dearly. Even at such a sad time, it puts a smile on my face while tears roll down my cheeks to know how many people loved her and how much she impacted people's lives at home and in South Dakota.

As most know, she was living in South Dakota, and for the fact that most of her family, including myself, live in Massachusetts, it will cost an insane amount of money to have her transported back. I am going to be flying to South Dakota to have her cremated and bring her back to Massachusetts. I'm hoping to get help from the County of Pennington, but that's not guaranteed.

If I can get any type of help to bring her home, my plan is to divide the ashes into three, have a couple of plaques made, and put some with my father Ronald Beal at his grave, and some with Ronald Ellis at his grave, which are both resting in Carver, MA. That way, people can see her and pay their respects. I'm devastated that I can't bring her home, have a funeral, and have her buried with a headstone. A lot know my story; my mother has always been by my side through all of it, and I'm grateful for the fact that I'm able to at least go and bring her home.
