Myself, along with my Mum and Dad, Steph’s fiancé Neil, and my wife Liz, have created this GoFundMe in loving memory of my sister, Stephanie, who passed away at the young age of 36 after a heart transplant.

We’re kindly asking for donations towards a memorial bench in Stephs name. We hope this can be a lasting tribute. A place where family, friends, and loved ones can come to reflect, remember, and feel close to her.
