This summer, I will have the opportunity to serve as a short-term missionary on the continent of Africa! The majority of my time will be spent working atIris Global , a holistic ministry that focuses on meeting both the spiritual and felt needs of the locals in Pemba, Mozambique. Founded by Heidi Baker, Iris Global is a Christian outreach center that seeks to care for and evangelize the poorest of the poor.

Some of my ministry opportunities will include:

·         Prison/hospital ministry

·         Teaching and discipling

·         Preaching the Gospel and praying for people

·         Construction projects

·         Helping in Sewing School and in Women’s Center

·         Children’s Home: Playing, engaging, hugging, and teaching children

After leaving Pemba, I will travel to Cape Town, South Africa to join the Fabule family. I will provide support/encouragement to the local body of believers and have multiple ministry opportunities within Gabriel and Deborah’s church.
