Steph Hodgkin’s lymphoma cancer journey
Donation protected
My beautiful friend Steph has unfortunately been diagnosed with Hodgkin lymphoma at the very young age of 18. As she starts her chemo journey she will sadly loose her hair. Our goal is to raise enough money to be able to buy a good quality wig. For Steph her hair is a massive security for her and now she will be loosing it.
Cancer isn’t the only battle she’s had to face in her young years of life. Steph’s mother unfortunately has been battling for the past four years with poly cythemia vera cancer and sadly isn’t curable. Obviously it was hard for Steph and her family to watch her mother battle cancer but it brought the family together and strengthened their relationships.
If that wasn’t tough enough a year and a half ago Steph sadly lost her father in helicopter crash. Steph and her father were so close and loosing someone she valued so much took a massive toll on her and her mental health. She has spent the past year and half grieving the loss of her father but has been putting such a strong face on for her younger brother.
Steph is such a beautiful strong young women. We have no doubts that she will continue fight and successfully beat this cancer. We would love to be able to share a gift with her that we know will put a smile on her face. Any donations will be very much appreciated and any remaining money will be donated to the cancer council. Thank you so much.
