Step in with a gift of love for Adriana

Hi, my name is Kristen Muse, and I, along with several other of Adriana's friends, want to help her walk through this difficult road without her life partner, Patrick. I met Adriana on the tennis court, and I immediately saw her love and concern for others shine through her tennis game. Throughout the last few years, I've watched Adriana navigate single-parenting after divorce, teach preschoolers with a love and desire to make a difference in their lives, fall in love and build a new life with Patrick, and now be at a loss with his sudden death. On Wednesday, June 29, Patrick took his life, leaving Adriana with questions and many decisions to make without him. They had dreamed dreams together, made plans for the future, and now none of this is possible. Adriana's life has been turned upside down, and it is easy at times like these to turn inside and shut yourself off from the things you need. Yes, the basics, like paying the bills and providing for your children, but there are other things that make us healthy, and we know that. Time with friends -- Being active -- For us girls, covering our grey hair -- these things matter! So, can you spare a cup of coffee or a dinner out and help Adriana know that life is still to be lived? This fund will remind her that there are people who love her, want her to be healthy and happy, and help her remember Patrick and the love they shared and maybe even some of the dreams they shared can still become a reality.
