Stem Cell Treatment Overseas (urgent)

Hi my name is Jake Anderson, I am 23 years old from Melbourne Australia. For two years now my life has changed and I have lost all my quality of life. I am suffering with numerous physical health conditions and am in excruciating pain and discomfort 24 hours of every day. For the last two years I’ve spent all my savings on medical bills/treatment/specialists/medication/surgeries with no effect or improvement. I have been diagnosed with multiple health conditions. The main one that is causing all the domino health dysfunctions being pudendal neuralgia. Pudendal neuralgia is a rare and debilitating long term chronic pain and dysfunction of the body. There is barely any knowledge about this condition and little effective treatment available. I have spent numerous over night emergency hospital visits, over a month in physciatrist hospital, and over 3 three week stays in rehabilitation and pain management hospitals in the last year. My family and friends and I are feeling extremely hopeless and frustrated and I have no interest in life any more living like this. The last treatment option for me in Australia was a spine implant stimulator which I had placed into me spine with leads coming out of me for 10 days with no effects. I have recently been put onto a doctor/surgeon in Scottsdale Arizona, America named Dr Todd Malan. Dr. Malan is a leading expert on advanced stem cell procedures and regenerative medicine research for patients with chronic disease, dysfunction and pain and degenerative disorders. My family and I have spoken with him and had numerous consultations over the phone. He has treated and improved this condition for others along with some of the other complex conditions and issues I have with my body. I have the chance to fly out on January 30th 2019. The treatment and procedure along with travel expenses comes to excess of $25,000. As I can’t and haven’t been able to work for 2 years and have no source of income I’m resorting to a go fund me. I hate resorting to this but I am desperate and have no way to get the money.
