Stem Cell Treatment for Cecil Dale
Donation protected
Volunteer firefigher Cecil Dale Thornton was injured while answering a medical call for Blackman's Crossroads Fire Department in May 2020. At the age of 18 Cecil Dale had just graduated from high school at South Johnston. As a result of the accident Cecil Dale was paralyzed from the waist down. While researching alternative treatments his family was introduced to another individual who suggested looking into stem cell treatments at the Stem Cell Institute in Panama. After speaking with his medical team along with the Dr's at the Stem Cell Institute we feel like this is his best option. The recommended treatment would be 5 seperate treaments along with physical therapy. Treaments will be spaced out over 10 month time period. He will be required to travel to Panama for each treatment. The cost of the treatments with out travel expenses is $150,000.00. Please consider donating to this cause to allow Cecil Dale to have the chance to possible walk again.
