Stem Cell Transplant to treat Ramel Rampaul CMML-2

Hi everyone, my name is Dian Sookraj from New York and I am raising funds for Ramel Rampaul who is 57 years old. Ramel Rampaul is my Sister's Husband and was recently diagnosed with CMML-2 which is Chronic Myelomonocytic Leukemia - Type 2. This came as a shock to us all, as he is always active in sports and has always maintained a healthy lifestyle. His doctors explained the seriousness and urgency of getting a Stem-Cell Transplant. The funds from this campaign will aid in getting the Stem-Cell Transplant that is desperately needed. The funds will go directly to Ramel to use for the international hospitalization and stem cell transplant required. These cancers are rapid and can be aggressive. Unfortunately, our country does not have the resources to treat this cancer and he must seek international assistance. My son Nicholas Sookraj, will assist me in getting the funds transferred directly to Ramel. My family and friends are all working hard to come up with the finances to give Ramel a second chance at life by May 2021. I would like to also take this time to say, life can bring very unexpected challenges your way, but having the love and support from family and friends gives great strength to keep trying.
