We, Ishwor Ghimire and Keshav Ghimire, write to you with heavy hearts and a deep sense of urgency. Our niece, Sneha Rijal, has recently been diagnosed with B cell leukemia, a serious form of blood cancer. This unforeseen and grave illness has shaken our family to its core.

Sneha's treatment journey thus far has been marked by immense challenges. She is currently undergoing chemotherapy at the Rajiv Gandhi Cancer Institute & Research Centre in Delhi. However, genetic analysis has revealed unfavorable cytogenetics, leaving us with no choice but to pursue transplantation as the next critical step in her treatment.

The rapid progression of her illness, marked by a sudden onset of fever just 16 days, has left us reeling with shock and sorrow.

While we have managed to bear the considerable expenses associated with chemotherapy thus far, the prospect of transplantation presents a daunting financial burden. As a family, we find ourselves grappling with the harsh reality that we are ill-equipped to shoulder these costs alone.
