Hey, I'm Lea. In the photo, you can see my sister and my nephew, Lenny.

Lenny had a terrible near drowning accident at 9 months old which left him with an anoxic brain injury, spasticity in the whole body and changed our lives forever. Since a year now, we are doing everything possible to bring him back to more awareness and get some of his skills back. Unfortunately some of these therapies are extremely expensive and as such we are looking for any help we can get.

We are doing everything we can and giving Lenny everything he needs. Lenny goes to physiotherapy every day, and he receives his vitamins and other essential medical treatments to help him get better. We’ve consulted with some of the best doctors around the world, and we’ve decided to try stem cell therapy because we’ve heard incredible success stories from other families and doctors. The stem cell treatment would be with Beike Bio Technology, a leader in stem cells. Unfortunately, this therapy is extremely expensive and costs around $30,000.

We also want to try Neurocytonix which explores innovative solutions to repair the brain and cure the incurable and is a clinic in Monterrey, Mexico. Unfortunately the treatment costs more then 55,000 dollars on its own so we are trying to get as much funding as we can so that we can give this opportunity to Lenny.

Another therapy that is recommended is red laser light therapy on the brain and nervous system with Dr. Crawford out of Austin, Texas. His groundbreaking work with brain injuries could help Lenny to wake up more and get more awareness. Also this intensive therapy is more than 10,000 dollars for 2 weeks.

We know it’s a lot, and we are struggling, but we never lose hope. We love Lenny so much. It breaks our hearts that we can’t provide him with these therapies just because of our financial situation
