On October 3-5, 2015, Columbia endured historic rains that brought with it flooding like the city has never experienced.  At the heart of one of the hardest hit areas was Burwell Lane, the home of Nick and Beverly Steinhaus, and their 5 year old, Jack. 
As with so many, the contents of their home are a total loss.  Unfortunately, the contents of their home including clothes, furniture, and personal items, are not covered by their insurance.  As anyone who knows Nick or Beverly can attest, they are the first to give the shirts off their backs for anyone in need.  Now they need us.  Please join me in raising money to replace the possessions they have lost in this disaster.
