Steiner Children College Fund

Hello, My name is Haley Guite and I am a close neighbor and friend to Valerie Steiner and her two children Sonoma (15) and Hunter (11). Some of you may have heard about the tragic accident that took place in Newington last week and unexpectedly claimed the life of their father, Mark Steiner. There are things that happen in life that unfortunately you can’t plan for, and this happens to be one of those moments. Valerie has promised Mark that she will take care of the children in every way possible. She is a hard working, full time, single parent who lives her life solely for her children. I have decided to put together this Go Fund Me for her family because I cannot think of anyone more deserving than Valerie. With loss comes a lot of challenges. Especially with two children rapidly approaching those college years, expenses and tuition going up yearly. It is nearly impossible to afford college for two children on one income. Your donations will be loved, cherished and appreciated beyond word. We can come together as a community to show Valerie and her children that they are not alone in the tragic loss of Mark. Two children were left without their father unexpectedly at the hands of someone else’s actions and no fault of his own. We know that Mark, had no say in leaving his children here earth side and that he would want the absolute best possible outcome and education for both Sonoma and Hunter. These heartfelt donations are going directly to Valerie in a specific account set up for College/Expenses for the two children over the years. I am setting this up for them because it’s hard for Valerie to ask for help and unfortunately Mark did not have a life insurance policy at the time of his passing. As someone who loves all of them very deeply, I will ask for the help for them. No amount will go unnoticed and every single dollar will count.
