Stefano has hit rough seas!
Hello friends and supporters of Stefano Novelli!
Our favorite space pirate has found himself in a bit of a health predicament and needs a little support from his community to keep things moving in the right direction. He, of course, would never ask for help, so I encourage all of you to force your love and support on him anyway :)
What's going on...
Well, the doctors don't really know yet. All we know is that Stefano has been in and out of the ER 4 times in the last 2 months with some serious gastro intestinal issues. Things came to a head 2 days ago when he started blacking out and was severely dehydrated on top of several other very serious symptoms. We got him to the ER again, he was admitted and rehydrated. They took a bunch of tests and ruled out things like Covid and other infections but didn't discover the source of his pain and suffering. They got him stable and discharged him (this afternoon) after two days since, according to Cedars, it's safer for him to continue diagnostics as an outpatient due to the hospitals currently being overloaded with Covid patients.
So his healing journey isn't over yet. His energy levels are still low, his hydration is iffy, digestion is sketchy and the issue persists!
I am asking (he isn't, just to be clear haha) for your help to cover some of these things while we figure out what is going on with his health and while he heals from it:
- Rent at his home/shop for a couple months
- Health Insurance deductibles and uncovered bills
- Alternative treatments and remedies not covered by insurance
- Groceries & food for him and Dougie
- Some cushion to heal since Covid obliterated his livelihood :(
