Stefanie's Battle: A Cancer Warrior

Hi everyone,

My name is Christa, and I am writing on behalf of my soulmate, Stefanie Murauskas, who is beginning a courageous battle with cancer.

It was only a matter of months ago that Stef felt a lump in her breast and did not hesitate long before getting it checked out. Through advocating for herself and the strong support of her husband, TJ, she reached a preliminary diagnosis of Triple-negative lymphatic positive breast cancer stage 2B.

Stefanie has loads of people who love her; many have asked how they can help. She has now been put on a strict cancer-conscience diet and will not be able to receive flowers once chemo begins; however, the bills are piling up. Between doctor's visits, co-pays, tests, x-rays, mammograms, blood draws, MRIs, biopsies, chemo, future surgeries, and alternative methods not covered by insurance (cool caps, hyperbolic oxygen chamber sessions, and a sound frequency machine), the financial burden is mounting. Even though it is still relatively early in her treatment journey, she needs to focus on her health. Any amount that you could contribute would be beneficial.

Stefanie is an amazing woman, wife, friend, family member, and WARRIOR. She inspires not only me but everyone around her daily. I don't know another person who can see so much positivity and light in almost every situation. Even after she told me her diagnosis, her first response was to apologize.
