Hello there! My name is Charly Castiblanco. I’m Stefania Inagan’s uncle. Now, I know I’m not usually the one to ask for help, but this is a story about my niece, and I need your support.
Stefania grew up in Ecuador, living with her father’s side of the family. But recently, she had the chance to move to the USA and live with my wife and me. Unfortunately, her childhood was marked by trauma. She witnessed things like alcohol abuse from her father, drug abuse through her uncle (again, her father’s side), child neglect, and even seeing her mother being beaten and abused both physically and mentally. They even trained her to be a servant to a future husband (grandparents through her father’s side). Can you imagine the pain and suffering she endured?
Despite all this, Stefania is an incredibly kind and compassionate person. She has a dream of becoming a bilingual teacher. But now, she’s facing challenges with immigration. I know how expensive the process can be, and we have to hire an attorney to help her navigate through it. That’s why I’m reaching out to anyone who can contribute, no matter the amount. Your help would mean the world to Stefania and give her the chance to thrive here.
