Steele Family Donations

If you spent time at the St. Joseph's or Windy Hill offices, chances are you have interacted with Brandy Steele. She has been a valued employee of Resurgens Orthopaedics as an OTC for 14 years, spending many of those years as a member of the Wertheim team. She has volunteered countless hours over the past seven years serving on the Resurgens Charitable Foundation Board. Brandy gives her time and energy, from assisting those who need help in the clinic to organizing the Arthritis Walk on behalf of the Charitable Foundation. She puts patients’ and coworkers’ needs first, going above and beyond what is asked or expected of her. Brandy has improved the lives of those at Resurgens Orthopaedics by being an integral part of their family.

On 8/13/2022, Brandy tragically lost her husband, Jason, at the young age of 44. Jason is survived by Brandy and two children, Mckayla (22) and Mason (17). Jason was a lot like Brandy. He, too, made the people's lives around him better by being a part of it. Jason was a veteran who served in the US Navy. Jason was a dedicated father, husband, and friend. Jason could be found spending countless hours at his daughter's cheerleading competitions and his son's baseball practices and games. Jason was his family's number 1 fan.

Jason’s sudden death was unexpected and has turned the Steele's world upside down. At the same time, there is no way to bring Jason back. We want to show Brandy, Mckayla, and Mason that Resurgens Orthopaedics is here for them in their greatest time of need. Brandy will be out of work for an unknown period trying to figure out how to navigate life without Jason. Your donation is appreciated and no amount is too small. Thank you for your care and concern.
