Steel City Beavers Dragon Boat Team Fundraiser

Hi. We are Steel City Beavers an up and coming Dragon Boat Team based at Tinsley Marina Sheffield and we need your help!!

Dragon boating is a centuries old sport with roots in China which has evolved over the years into a competitive sport emphasizing the value of team spirit with vibrancy and is recognized now world wide.

Our team has been built from the dream of our two founders head coaches Steve and Damian who have both worked tirelessly to get our two dragon boats on the water named Kraken and Outlander.

The journey has raised a lot of interest on Social Media and we are growing rapidly so we are looking for some outside help to get these dragons to glide!!

The team itself is made up of all ages and abilities, lucky enough to have several GB paddlers old, new and junior and our focus is to not only build a strong team but also to encourage anyone to give this a try for fitness, well-being and just a great time.

This go fund me will focus on the requirement for paddles, boyancy aids or even an additional boat if we raise enough!
