STEAM Corps, Engineering Club of UWC-USA

Join me in supporting STEAM Corps, the engineering club of UWC-USA that I lead with my classmates. Boasting an impressive track record, STEAM Corps has been making a tangible difference in our local community of New Mexico and beyond.

Last year, STEAM Corps played a pivotal role in passing a water bill that addressed the pressing water issues faced by our community. STEAM Corps also excelled on the global stage sending a team to compete as finalists in the International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF), the most prestigious undergraduate science competition.

In recognition of our sustainable practices, members of STEAM Corps were also honoured with the RICOH Sustainable Development Award. Furthermore, our members participated in the Earth Prize competition, and successfully transformed dirty paper plates from the cafeteria into usable paper, showcasing creativity and resourcefulness.

The diversity of STEAM Corps is a testament to its global reach and impact with members hailing from 23 different countries. Notably, our team includes a Rise Global Winner, exemplifying our members' exceptional talents and achievements.
