Our beloved Alexander passed away on 14 November 2025 while admitted to a High Dependency Unit in a NSW psychiatric hospital. He was a young man and he lost his life in circumstances that nobody should ever have to endure.

We are shattered. Alexander did not pass away at home, or in the community. He died while in the care of a NSW hospital, at a time when he was meant to be safe, monitored, and protected. The situation surrounding his death has left our family with immense grief, unanswered questions, and a sense of injustice that we cannot put into words.

We are now facing significant financial pressures during the most devastating moment of our lives. Your support will help us cover funeral costs and legal fees as we seek accountability, and truth regarding what happened to him.

This is not something we ever imagined having to ask for. But we are fighting for Alexander, and we are fighting for the truth. Please help us honour Alexander’s memory and ensure his story is heard.
