East Rochester native, Nazareth College graduate, and former lacrosse player Caitlin Zimmer is on life support and needs help to get back home.
Caitlin has always been able to touch and impact the lives around her wherever she goes through her love, laughter, and unrelenting spark - now she needs our help.
Her family and friends are trying to bring her home to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester New York, for further testing and evaluation that will hopefully lead to a miracle. The transportation from Chicago to Rochester and medical costs related to taking on this potentially life saving feat, are astronomical.
All funds raised through this page will go directly to easing the financial burden of these medical bills on Caitlin’s family, as any and all treatments are pursued.
