Staying Strong with Stephen

Dear family, friends & supporters...

On Monday, September 29th, my brother Stephen Mersiovsky and his partner were returning to the station from running emergency calls. While on Highway 21, he had an unexplained medical event, causing him to lose consciousness at the wheel of the ambulance, wrecking through a fence and hitting a tree. The front grille guard installed on the ambulance saved their lives that night. He completely shattered his knee along with multiple other fractures and some organ lacerations and contusions. He will be out of work for an extended period. He is expected to make a full recovery, but during this time, he will need extensive medical care, physical therapy, and support with daily living.

I am setting up this fundraiser to help cover lost wages, medical expenses & living and recovery costs. Every donation, large or small, will go directly toward helping Stephen heal without the added stress of financial hardship.
