Staying Alive with your HELP!

I was diagnosed with ALS April of 2015 only 2 years ago. I started with a twitch and now I can barely stand alone let alone walk. Typically patients Die within 3-5 years which gives me 1-3 years left to live.
I'm the youngest of 6 boys raised by a single mom. The saddest part of all is my brother was killed by a vehicle last year, leaving behind 2 boys. I'm an uncle to 13 nieces and nephews total.
Prior to getting sick I enjoyed a career helping sick people as a Cat scan tech for 12 years. I never thought I'd be dying at 36 years young
Nowadays I spend what little time energy and money I have trying alternative treatments with no success.
Recently doctors discovered a specific stem cell treatment for ALS but it's costly and risky. For a disease with no known cure the risks are worth it.
Raising the money would allow me to try this innovative therapy hopefully keeping me Alive long enough til they find a Cure

Help me stay Alive so my mom doesn't lose another son. Help me stay Alive to be there for the 2 boys that my brother left behind. And help me stay Alive to prove that there is hope!
