So, at the beginning of the month, I was suddenly terminated from my position at my job. I had been working with them for a year and a half and was informed that it was immediate, and that in order to retain my benefits for one more month, I would have to sign an agreement that I wouldn't take them to court. Being devastated, blindsided, and overwhelmed, I signed the contract and was booted out the door.

I had enough money to get me through the month and immediately hit the job boards. As of today, I have sent out 67 resumes and have received 22 rejections, 12 already filleds, and 4 phone interviews. Those phone interviews then led to more rejections. I have seven days until my rent is due. I do not have the money for said rent. I have talked to my landlady and she has agreed to push it back half a month but I am running out of options.

The picture above is of my cat, Midna. I am terrified that I will have to give her and my other cat, Kai, up if I can't make rent and pay bills. I'm terrified that I will be booted out of my apartment because I can't get a job, even a minimum wage one, because I'm considered 'too overqualified'. I am terrified that I am going to have to make the decision of giving my animals a better home because they, and myself, soon won't have one. 

I am trying so very desperately to get a job that will sustain me. I've put up the amount of 2000 as that is immediate for rent and utilities, and I can find a way to get the rest through commissions and blind hope. I have two more phone interviews tomorrow as well as an in person interview on Friday. But as of right now, I am out of options. 

Please, if you can help me pay for November's rent, I will be unbelievably grateful. I just need one more month.
