Starving Ugandan Orphanage in need of your help

Brother's and sisters please we call upon your support towards Joel Mandela and others within an orphanage in Uganda who have been out of food and medical resources for the past 5 weeks. Joel and others need support as some are staying with their single mothers who are in need of resources to provide an education for their kids and themselves to have a trade to sustain themselves and their families long term. Joel needs a wheelchair and he needs a sponsor to help him have a better life,  Joel is 6 years old, and when he was born when he is ok but he was crippled with a currently undiagnosed illness that is causing his paralyzation in his legs and a deformation of his skeleton that causing him distress, great pain, and terrible complications with his organs and that cause frequent and painful bowel movements which all began 4 years ago at the age of 2.  The others within the orphanage are in need of supplies for food, shelter, clothing, and school supplies, and fees, as well as sowing machines for the mothers who can use them to provide a living for themselves. All donations are greatly appreciated to help these people have the resources they deserve to build a better life and stop the suffering of a young one who is suffering only due to a lack of resources.
