We are a father–daughter team with a big dream: to build The Right Way Epoxy, a family-owned flooring company that creates affordable, durable, and high-quality epoxy floors for families and businesses.
For nearly 30 years, my father has worked in the flooring industry. He’s supervised crews, trained workers, and completed projects nationwide. He is deeply respected for his craftsmanship, work ethic, and integrity. Unfortunately, when the company he worked for closed its doors, he lost his job.
At the same time, I realized that corporate life wasn’t going to allow me to reach my goals. I’ve always wanted to create something of my own — something that could support my family, provide jobs for others, and deliver real value to clients. That’s when the idea of The Right Way Epoxy was born. Together, we’re combining his decades of hands-on expertise with my skills in business development to finally make this dream a reality.

To launch fully and independently, we need specialized equipment that will allow us to take on projects without relying on rentals or outside companies.

Marketing Costs:
• Initial ads on Google, Angi’s List, and Facebook – $2,500.00
