My name is Abi Paine, and I am a 17 year old, Sussex based student athlete with Spinabifida. Over the last few months, I have begun struggling physically while playing football for my mainstream Women's Development squad in the Sussex County Women and Girls Football League Championship. This puts me a grey area where I am neither abled enough to play mainstream, nor disabled enough to play parasports!

I have always been a huge advocate for Women's sport and Disability inclusion, however, it has come to my attention that there is little to no provision for females with disabilities that don't feel safe playing in mixed gender pan-disability football.

This is why I have set up the Paine Foundation, intended for Women and Girls above the age of 16 to get more active and involved in competitive football that can accommodate their needs.

However, the cost of this is seeming higher than I can accommodate for alone, please donate to help me achieve my goal of allowing players like me to have the provision and support that I know they deserve!

At the moment, I do not have a separate bank account, so the money will be going into my personal account, however, I have set up a savings pot specifically for the Foundation where all the costs will come from!
