Thank you to everyone who is reaching out during this mess.  Thursday night our apartment building caught fire in the utility room 2 floors below us.   While our unit didn't catch fire, the entire unit as all units were saturated with smoke, all windows kicked in, doors, skylights on roof.  The building is deemed uninhabitable.  Ida and I are staying with friends and family til I can get another unit for us.  All furniture etc I will end up ditching because the smoke damage is incredibly bad.  Only a few things I'll end up keeping like photos and a few personal effects.  As you know we have had the worst luck in this building and will be happy to have new beginnings.  We DID NOT have renter's insurance.  So your help is appreciated.
