Starting Over for Walter

At around 5:30 this morning 82 year old Walter Hammond woke up to find the inside of his mobile home in flames. Not taking time to put his shoes on Walter rushed outside to get away from the Flames but remembered that he had a miniature Chihuahua mother and new born puppies still inside the burning home. Walter rushed back into the home severely burning his feet and cutting his legs while rescuing the baby puppies. Unfortunately he was not able to retrieve the mother who was lost in the fire. Walter suffered major smoke inhalation along with Burns and lacerations and was airlifted to a hospital in unknown condition. Friends and family will be taking the puppies to the vet to be cared for and will be giving me information on the condition of Walter. As you can see the home is a total loss and the puppies are now without a mother. The family tells me that all of Walter's clothes and belongings have been destroyed. Any donations help.
