I have always had a passion for cooking, and sharing food with others brings me so much joy. Recently, my life took a turn when I left my job in HR at a skilled nursing facility. While this change was unexpected, it has given me the opportunity to finally pursue my dream of starting a small business centered around my love for cooking. As a single mother to a wonderful 4-year-old daughter, I am determined to create a better future for both of us.

To make this dream a reality, I am hoping to raise enough funds to purchase a Mobile Food Dispensing Vehicle License and a small food cart or truck. These tools will allow me to start my own food business, bringing delicious meals to our community and building something meaningful for my family. The flexibility of running my own business will also give me the chance to spend more quality time with my daughter and provide her with the necessities she needs to thrive.
