Start again after losing everything in the storm from flood

Hi my name is Dom cesar and im setting this up on behalf of my sister lees and brother in law Paul. This evening they lost everything due to the storm! They are as I type this trapped in their garden on folkestone Rd! They have literally lost their whole lives that they had built over the years in their little flat they loved so much! I'm truly devastated for them! My brother in law is disabled and has lost his mobility scooter also! So please any amount would be so appreciated!
