One of our favorite,  long time Family friends and a Navy Seal Teammate of
Forrest’s is Kevin Stark.    I am Forrest’s mother and live in San Clemente, CA.  The Stark’s are dear to our hearts and Forrest even officiated over their marriage.    

Kevin had just retired from his Naval career only a few months ago.   He, his wife
Lara and their darling 3 children (Vivi, Summit and Little Forrest) just moved into  their dream home & grounds located in Fairhope, Alabama.      They were starting their new lives as civilians.
Lara had just created the kids school room, had started lessons and was putting
their home together.  Kevin was getting settled in his new position after over
20 years in the Navy.

On September 16th, 2020 Reports of Hurricane Sally started getting serious. 

Initially they thought the storm would  steer clear of their property.  Kevin &
family went to Lara’s parents’ home 20 or so miles away, thinking that would be
safer and to assist them.  

Unfortunately, “Sally” hit the folks home with its own high level of destruction &
terror.     The damage made their home uninhabitable after the storm moved on.  

That forced  them all to move back to Kevin and Lara’s home.  They arrived to find their home had also suffered it’s own level of destruction.  Their home although
livable,  has some water, floor, interior wall and some exterior damage.    The guesthouse and all out buildings suffered destruction level damage and nearly 
200 trees have fallen, some close/on the main house.   They will need professional help due to the magnitude of loss. 

We are anticipating them having to  secure Contractors, Equipment rentals, &
possible Permits and Inspections to get their property safe and restored.  

Therefore, if you feel led or compelled to make any gift, it would be most welcome
and appreciated.    We are a big Navy family and with us in the middle of this
Pandemic, we are all tested.  I know God loves this humble family and will restore them whole & stronger through his grace, and the love of their friends and family.
