STAR-IPE Maryland Chapter

We are raising funds to support the Maryland Chapter of the STAR International Police Exchange Program. This program fosters cultural understanding and collaboration between our officers and law enforcement professionals from the United States of America, Germany, and Spain.

Through this exchange, officers will participate in joint training exercises, cultural immersion activities, and community outreach projects. This program strengthens relationships, improves communication, and allows officers to share best practices in policing.

Your donations will directly support:

Setting up a nonprofit 501c3 to run the organization.

Travel and accommodation for participating officers.

Training materials and program expenses.

Cultural events and community engagement activities.
