Dear Donor,
I'm reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea. As a grandfather biking across the US, my journey isn't just about the open road—it's about bringing attention to a cause close to my heart: aiding the victims of financial crimes. I can't imagine working my entire life as a grandparent and one day it's all gone. That's exactly what happens to thousands of retirees every year and no one talks about it. Why? Because the victims are so embarrassed and ashamed; they often don't tell their kids and the children, left with nothing, have to find out what happened to their inheritance after the passing of their parents.
Every year Rebecca and I sponsor a Ponzi scheme to highlight to bring awareness and fundraising for these amazing families who have suffered so much. The last two years we've sponsored the families affected by the StarGrower Ponzi scheme, based out of Indianapolis, IN ran by George Blakenbaker.

Imagine the plight of those affected—hardworking retirees left reeling from the deceitful actions of one individual. George Blakenbaker's greed has left devastation in its wake, with millions lost and futures shattered. He's already out of prison, while those he defrauded are left to wonder how they'll piece together their retirements.
I feel a responsibility, akin to witnessing a tragedy unfold before my eyes. The faces of these families haunt me, urging me to act. It's a calling I can't ignore.
In response, I've conceived a daring plan—to pedal more than 2,000 miles every single year on a recumbent trike, stopping at every city willing to hear my message until we raise 1,000,000 for these amazing families. I'll seize every opportunity to shine a light on the plight of these victims, rallying support and funds along the way.
For our second annual cross country bike ride, we are leaving September 2, 2025 (hopefully we'll catch some cooler weather!).
Accompanied by my devoted wife, Rebecca, we'll embark on this 2,000+ mile odyssey from Dallas/Fort Worth to Washington DC. Along the way, we'll advocate for change, petitioning for stricter laws against those convicted of Ponzi schemes and lobbying for state relief funds to give aid to these families.
But we can't do this alone. Any and all help is greatly appreciated; lend your voice, your resources, your prayers. Together, we can rewrite the narrative for these victims, offering hope where there's been despair.
