Our family is facing a difficult time as we care for two of our beloved pets. Starbuck, our almost 14-year-old cat, is in hospice care with suspected lymphoma. We want to make sure her final weeks (hopefully maybe even months!) are filled with comfort, love, and dignity. Right before this diagnosis this summer, we foster failed a baby bunny, Hermes, who needs to be spayed as soon as possible to safely be bonded to Phoenix and Midas.

This year was hard for us and we are struggling to cover the costs of both Starbuck’s hospice care and Hermes’ urgent surgery. Funds raised will go directly toward Hermes’ spay surgery with an exotic vet, including pre-op bloodwork and post-op care. They will also help us provide veterinary visits, medications, and comfort supplies for Starbuck, so she can spend her remaining time with us without fear or pain.
