Hello all! First off, I want to thank you for any support that you've given to this page so far, we greatly appreciate it! This is our donation page that we are putting together to help get us off the ground. As you probably know, starting a business is no walk in the park. Especially in these crazy times! The cost for registering, licensing, insuring, getting the supplies and equipment, making the product, and continuing to pay living expenses every month adds up fast! In creating this Meadery, we are striving to not only have a fulfilling way to provide for ourselves, but also to support other small businesses, and the environment alike! As a business that relies on new ideas for products, and the circulation of the economy, we want to be able to break down the aggressive competitive barrier of businesses, and help to better collaborate and network with other small businesses! As for the environment, Mead is a honey-wine, that is supposedly the oldest alcoholic beverage in the world! And brewing this timeless beverage requires several pounds of honey per gallon! In using this much honey, we are requiring a demand of honey that creates a chain reaction. This reaction causes more research on how to create a sustainable world for our little buzzers! As well as cause individuals to be more conscious on how their actions effect the environment as a whole! All donations to Star Map Mead will go into paying for our licensing and other startup fees, so that we can legally sell our products and ship them to the scurvy dogs who are wanting to get a taste! We plan on opening up completely by mid to late 2021 (which will allow time for the appropriate departments to accept and certify the paperwork), so there isn't a huge rush, but the sooner we get the funding, the sooner we can get you a bottle of the finest brews in the Solar System!
