My name is Jack Best from the Stanton High School class of 1972. When we were in high school many of us were members of the High School Marching Band. In 1968 our band uniforms were lost in a fire at the local cleaners. With no uniforms we had to march in white shirts and black ties. Later that same year the community rallied to raise money to purchase new uniforms. The current band uniforms are over 25 years old and are badly in need of replacement. 100% of all monies raised will go towards the purchase of new uniforms so future Stanton High School band members can proudly represent Stanton High School.
