Hi, my name is Tristen. I adopted Stanley in 2020. Since then, him and I have been through so much. I taught him how to walk on a leash, we go everywhere together, we’ve been inseparable since I adopted him. A few days ago he was sneezing, I set up an appointment thinking it was a common cold. Later that night, he was struggling to breath. I took him to the emergency vet where he’s currently hospitalized. He is hooked up to an IV and in an oxidation box. His oxygen is saturated, but the veterinarian said that there is something in his lungs or nose/throat passageway that is blocking the use of his nose for air. He stated that the X-Ray cannot see the blockage, and that a 4-5,000$ imaging probe will need to be used. Unfortunately, I have already spent upwards of 4,000$ on my baby, and I just don’t have the funds to continue. Any help would be so much appreciated, I love him to death, I want to help him so much. If the blockage isn’t fixed, he could have another attack which could be fatal… once again I appreciate any help at all. Thank you.
