Stanley Walters-Help Belva Walters with Funeral Expenses

UPDATE: WE HAVE REACHED OUR GOAL FOR FUNERAL EXPENSES AND ANYTHING EXTRA PAST $1885 WILL GO TO BELVA WALTERS. I WILL LEAVE THIS ACCOUNT OPEN FOR THE FAMILY UNTIL AFTER THE FUNERAL.

Most of you know that Stanley has been fighting stage 4 lung cancer for multiple months. He had some ups and downs but was still getting around and doing treatment until he had a drastic change in his health last week. He was up one day, and a few days later, he was in the hospital on hospice. Although we were aware of his condition, his passing so suddenly was not expected. We were in the process of starting to do some benefits to raise money for the family but with his passing yesterday, it brings a large funeral bill that is due Monday. Stanley and Belva were already on a very limited income, and she was having to miss work frequently for his care, and this has put a tremendous financial burden on Belva. To know Stanley was to love him. He was an Eldorado/Saline County legend, in my opinion, and absolutely one of a kind and the best grandpa to my children. Belva and Stanley have always been there to help people in need. Belva has devoted so many years to taking care of other people's children. Stanley did his fair share of campaigning for people year after year with no expectations and he could work on anything that you needed. But most of all, he was a very special piece of our family that will be deeply missed.

We are reaching out for financial support for Belva in this time of need to relieve some of the financial burden off of her while they are going through such a difficult time already.
