RIP Stanley Mieses

Sadly we lost the brilliant, accomplished writer and editor Stanley Mieses last Friday who died unexpectedly after a brief illness. The only son of Holocaust survivors, Stan had very few relatives left. He was a beloved staff writer at the New Yorker magazine and editor at the New York Newsday, Life Magazine and the New York Post Book editor. His close friends and colleagues have banded together. But we need help to bury him in New Jersey this weekend, near his family. Any amount you can donate would be greatly appreciated.
