Stanley Burton was one incredible man. He was the type of person to give the shirt off his back, even if it were his last one, just to make sure you were taken care of. Very caring and really enjoyed making others laugh. Stubborn as heck, which also gave him strength. Nine years ago, we lost our mother, his wife...the love of his life. He lost part of his heart when she passed. Afterwards, he continued to support us three kids, especially my sister who was still a child. He pushed her through high school, as a single dad raising a teenage girl. Not easy! But he instilled such great values in her, that she turned into an amazing young woman. He saw her off to college, and continued his support. A few weeks ago, he fell ill and was hospitalized. He fought hard for two weeks and was finally well enough to be released. Unfortunately two days after his release, an unexpected seizure took his life. Due to the untimely passing, and the incredible expenses associated with giving him a proper goodbye, and being able to help survivors combat financial hardships as a result, we are humbly asking for any help that is available. Proceeds will go to all of his funeral and burial expenses, and

to help keep his children on their feet (mostly Sharita, his daughter while she is still in school) and any excess will be donated to The Wounded Warrior Project. He was a very strong Patriot! We thank you with all of our heart for considering us in this time of need.
